The SeaHouz develpment was started in 2015 with a planned completion of mid-2017. The site was planned to be the next phase of Club Marena called Las Rocas andfollow the theam of the development. However in 2014 the original developer passed away and the Group headed by Omar Jaramillo, who was the original builder, took over the plans and decided to rename the devlopment to mimic the famous and trendy Houzz brand. It has always been planned to be part of Club Marena, however, the sharing of the amenities, beach access and HOA managemnt are still in negotiation.
