Before the purchase took place, I asked Larry to put me on his email listing service to receive daily and weekly updates to what was available and what was selling on the Gold Coast, (we were primarily focused on locations from K38 to "Campo Lopez")

This is a specialized process that requires the utmost attention to detail. The signing was scheduled in Tijuana at a convenient time. Larry reminded us of all the proper documents to bring to Mexico for the signing.
